This Privacy Policy explains how the Audio Nitnem mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), published by Deep Sukhman Singh, handles information when you use it. Audio Nitnem is a devotional Sikh prayer (Gurbani) app that lets you listen to and read Nitnem Banis and other religious content.
We have built the App to work primarily offline and to collect as little information as possible. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personal details to use it.

We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display banner and occasional interstitial ads. AdMob may use device identifiers and the information listed in Section 2.3 to serve, cap, and measure ads. For users in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and other applicable regions, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, in line with privacy laws such as the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Voluntary donations and any in-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Your payment is processed by Google, and we do not receive or store your full payment card or banking details. See the Google Privacy Policy.
The App uses standard Google Play Services, and supports casting (Google Cast) and Android Auto for playback. These Google services may process technical data as described in Google's policies.
When you open the daily Hukamnama or play a live Gurudwara broadcast, the App connects to the relevant content or streaming server to retrieve that content. As with any internet request, your device's IP address is visible to the server providing the content. We do not attach your identity to these requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information with third parties except as needed for the services described in Section 4 (Google AdMob, UMP, Play Billing, and Play Services) to function, or where required by law.
Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Any data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own privacy policies.
Audio Nitnem is a general-audience devotional app and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, or similar regulations, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent.
Because the App does not collect personal information that identifies you directly, most data is either stored only on your device (which you control) or held by Google as described above. To exercise rights over data held by Google, please use Google's privacy controls and policies. For anything within our control, contact us using the details in Section 13.
We take reasonable measures to protect the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The third-party services used by the App, including Google, may process data in countries other than your own. Those transfers are governed by the relevant provider's privacy policy and safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the App or the Google Play listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
